In the training, a bridge is built between the modules through learning webinars, homework, learning groups, teaching coaching and individual coaching as well as the testing of what has been learnt in the company practice.
Teaching module – attendance seminars
In the face-to-face modules, the focus is on practical testing through role-plays. Theoretical impulses are immediately experienced in practice and direct feedback enables regular learning loops to improve continuously. A test framework before the participants coach “live” in the corporate context or in their own consulting practice.
Between the modules, prepared knowledge will ensure that the learning process is constantly continued and the theory, which is oriented towards practice, is deepened. For this purpose there is a platform with further articles, videos etc.
Theoretical concepts as well as mindfulness methods and above all neurophysiology are taught and deepened by professionals with practical relevance.
Here the participants meet to practice, to supervise each other, to deepen the mindfulness exercise together.
These groups take place both as face-to-face and virtual meetings.
The participants present practical cases and projects that are discussed in a group context in order to integrate systemic knowledge more and more in their own field of work. These meetings are led by an instructor.
The development within the further education is reflected here and personal topics are worked on, which could be obstructive for the professional work. Questions about mindfulness practice also find their place here.
