HOW CAN I REDUCE ACUTE STRESS? Proven concepts from practice
What to do about acute stress? We find the right way together.
BACKGROUND
Stress is a pattern of specific and unspecific reactions of an organism to irritant events that disturb its balance and stress or exceed its ability to cope (cf. Zimbardo 1988, p. 575).
In everyday working life, stress is the order of the day. Stress is caused, among other things, by excessive work consolidation: demographic development, globalisation, digitisation.
In this workshop we want to build resilient behaviour on your side: The basic confidence to cope with stress and control over difficult situations and the ability to understand stress as a challenge.
