STRATEGY IMPLEMENTING DEVELOPMENT WORK
for persons and organisations – a training course in 3 acts
Companies that are committed to a strategy in the context of their further development need the corresponding knowledge and skills of the people who pursue this development or are affected by it.
The series of workshops is intended as an impetus for the development of knowledge and skills for strategic personnel and organisational work. At the same time, however, it also gives experienced developers in this field the opportunity to put their own experience and skills to the test.
Participants not only receive suggestions for designing their own development work in the company. In addition, they experience and reflect on their own strengths and fields of development (“political tact”,”entrepreneurial thinking and acting” and similar things) by testing certain exercises and in exchange with other participants and the trainer team.
Act 1, preparation
Deals with the prerequisites regarding one’s own attitude as well as the necessary work steps and processes in order to be able to initiate development work that implements strategy at all.
The business event enables you to make requirements in your area of responsibility transparent and clarify them.
Act Two, performing
Concentrates on the transformation of needs into development measures for individuals and organisations.
At the end of the event, you will have your own implementation plan with a package of measures.
Act 3, follow-up
Provides an overview of “measuring equipment” for behaviour and setting changes.
Dealing with various process steps and measures enables you to make the effects of your development efforts visible and thus open for discussion in your company. The results of this step naturally flow back into the “preparation” process.
