Looking back at our VUCA event on September 27th, 2017, at the SRH University in Heidelberg
“Survival in the VUCA world” – Modern management approaches in business practice
How can organisations survive in the VUCA world? What leadership approaches are there in corporate practice?
Many perspectives for this are closely connected with the concept of the healthy organisation, and also with the expert book “Leadership in the Healthy Organisation.” Efficient employees, relationships at eye level, a community culture, adaptive structures, agile processes and a market- and resource-oriented strategy are important elements to keep on course in the VUCA world.
We had organised a workshop on this topic for you in cooperation with the SRH University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg on 27 September 2017.
The event offered solutions from a practical perspective and showed the relevance for future-oriented companies. The role, influence and effect of balanced leadership were examined and the challenges in the current and future corporate environment were highlighted.

The premises at the SRH University in Heidelberg were perfect! Here you can see our speakers in action.

The presentations were followed by an exchange among the participants and a short summary of the individual groups.

Many thanks also to our cooperation partner, the SRH University in Heidelberg, especially Mrs. Lisa Lindenblatt, for the excellent organisation!
