A big thank you to the Reflect team for their support over the past years. The cooperation was trusting and appreciative. What has particularly impressed me is Reflect's consulting approach. The consultants all have a great deal of experience and are constantly educating themselves on how organizations change and what will be important for the success of companies in the future. In spite of this great knowledge, it is not their aim to sell their own solution or their own target image to the customer, but to accompany the customer in a process to develop his own target image. In this process, the needs and objections of the customer are taken into account. As a customer, you don't feel constricted, and so you gradually build up a relationship of trust with the consultant.
