A big thank you to the Reflect team for their support over the past years. The cooperation was trusting and appreciative. What has particularly impressed me is Reflect's consulting approach. The consultants all have a great deal of experience and are constantly educating themselves on how organizations change and what will be important for the success of companies in the future. In spite of this great knowledge, it is not their aim to sell their own solution or their own target image to the customer, but to accompany the customer in a process to develop his own target image. In this process, the needs and objections of the customer are taken into account. As a customer, you don't feel constricted, and so you gradually build up a relationship of trust with the consultant. In any case, Reflect's consulting has initiated a change process that all employees can feel.

Two years ago we started our cooperation working together on individual coaching topics as well as organizing group workshops for senior management and employees.

Looking back at our collaboration I feel that it helped me better understand many aspects of what I do and how I could improve some things or further focus on thing being done well.
